Terms of Service

1. The service

Aptum provides access to third-party AI models through an API, a web playground, and an agent workspace, billed from a prepaid USD account balance. Model outputs are produced by third-party providers and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use them.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with email or by signing a message with a wallet you control. You are responsible for your credentials, API keys, and linked wallets. Aptum never asks for or stores wallet private keys.

3. Balance and payments

• Your balance is denominated in US dollars. USDG deposits are credited one to one after onchain verification.
• When enabled, confirmed APTM deposits are credited at the quoted USD value plus a service-credit bonus providing a 25% effective discount. The value, bonus and total are shown before you send. Once credited, the balance does not track the token's price.
• Transfers of the wrong asset, amount, or network, or from an unlinked wallet, may require manual review and may not be recoverable in every case.
• Credits based on a transaction later removed by a chain reorganization are reversed. A resulting negative position is owed to Aptum and the account may be frozen until resolved.
• Balance is prepaid credit for the service, not a deposit account, and earns no interest. Refunds of unused balance are at Aptum's discretion and subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing

Prices per million tokens are published in the catalog and may change. The price in effect when a request starts applies. There is no unlimited plan.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Aptum to break the law, infringe rights, generate malware or abuse, attack systems, evade sanctions, or violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Restricted jurisdictions

You must comply with the laws and service availability rules that apply to your location.

7. No affiliation

Aptum provides independent access to third-party AI services. References to providers or networks do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aptum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
